Questions about enrollment, course access, payments, practice requirements or certificates are welcome.
Replies are generally sent within two business days.
For account or payment help
Write from the email address associated with your student account. Include your name and a brief description of the issue. For payment questions, include the Stripe receipt number or transaction date—but never send a full card number, security code, password or API key.
For certificate corrections
Contact the Academy before completing the final certificate requirements whenever possible. Include the name currently shown in your account and the exact corrected name requested. We may ask for reasonable verification before changing an issued credential.
Course and practice questions
Include the stage, module and lesson title so the question can be answered in context. Reiki Master Academy provides educational and spiritual-practice support, not medical diagnosis, emergency care or mental-health treatment.
Urgent health or safety needs
Do not use Academy email for a medical or mental-health emergency. Contact local emergency services or an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
